1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up, signing in, or using any feature of Clipverse (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. New versions are posted here with a fresh effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. User accounts
You must register with a valid email address or via a supported sign-in provider. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If you represent an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Notify us immediately via the contact page if you suspect your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You retain full ownership of videos, captions, audio, and any materials you upload (collectively, “Content”). You grant Clipverse a non-exclusive, limited license to store, process, transcode, and distribute your Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf — for example, to trim videos, render shorts, generate voiceovers, and post to the platforms you have connected.
You represent that your Content:
- is owned by you or properly licensed;
- does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party;
- does not contain illegal material, child sexual abuse content, extreme violence, hate speech, fraud, malware, or anything else that violates applicable law.
We do not pre-moderate Content but reserve the right to remove Content or suspend accounts in response to valid complaints or confirmed violations.
4. AI voice and captions
Clipverse provides features that turn captions you write into audio using AI voices. When you click “Generate voice,” your caption text is processed to synthesise audio and the result is stored on your account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the generated audio for your commercial or public use case. Clipverse does not claim ownership of the output and makes no guarantee that any specific voice will fit your context or brand.
5. Posting to social media
When you connect a TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook account, you authorise Clipverse to post on your behalf within the scope of permissions you approved. You can revoke that authorisation at any time from the platform's own app permissions page.
Each post is a manual action that you trigger or schedule. We will never auto-post on your behalf without your explicit request. Content you publish must comply with each platform's own terms (TikTok Community Guidelines, YouTube Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, etc.).
6. Clipverse intellectual property
All source code, UI, logos, branding, and documentation of the Service belong to Clipverse or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or extract the closed-source portions of the Service except where expressly permitted in writing.
Open-source components we publish are governed by the licenses attached to their respective repositories.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Deliberately bypassing access limits or probing for security vulnerabilities.
- Uploading content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
- Using the Service to spam or distribute harmful content on connected social platforms.
- Reselling or sharing your account with unidentified third parties.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is the subject of a valid request from authorities, or that has been abandoned long enough to pose a security risk. Outside of urgent cases we will give reasonable notice before terminating.
You can request account deletion at any time via the contact page. When we delete an account we remove personal data per the Privacy Policy, except for records we are required to retain for legal or accounting reasons.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as-is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipverse disclaims all express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Clipverse is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total financial liability in any case shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months, or USD 50.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation; if that fails, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam.
